Company Events

We're not all business, all of the time... we like to have fun and we know how to have a lot of it! Whether its team building, training or giving back to the community, we are committed to life long learning.

We love what we do and it shows! We love having a good time and are constantly helping to de-stress our agents and foster team building, whether it be an unconventional golf tournament or everyone participating in a habitat for humanity build.

Corporate Events

Corporate events are an opportunity to network, learn, share stories, travel (as a business expense) and generally have a great time. We've gained invaluable knowlegde, insights and many friends at these events and highly encourage our associates to join us at these amazing events. Much of our success is directly attributed to networking, and a commitment to lifelong learning.  Nothing is better then learning in a fun environment with other people who are committed to learning and sharing ideas.

Education

We are big believers in life long learning. This industry changes extremely quickly and the only way to keep up is to keep learning. Throughout the course of the year we will attend numerous courses and conferences locally and abroad. We believe that if you want to be like everyone else then train like everyone else. So, much of the mentoring and training we provide is not specific to real estate but includes related training such as sales, negotiating, business development and planning and more. We also assist agents financially who are interested in attending these events.
