We offer flexible compensation plans to full-time associates based on your experience level and needs. We are currently accepting applications from those interested in working as a member of our team or as an individual agent:

Experienced Sales Associates - we offer the best of both worlds for experienced sales associates. At Coldwell Banker Johnston Real Estate experienced sales associates benefit from our technology and marketing services, while focusing on their own business. We understand that your needs are different and as such we offer different compensation models ranging from desk fees to commission splits to a hybrid approach. We can also offer administrative services such as appointment scheduling, broker-loading listings, listing management and transaction management services as needed. Our goal is to help you focus on what you're good at so you can earn more and keep more money.

We are currently in need of an investment specialist - we have a lot of buyers looking for investment properties and are too busy to work with them at this time. If you have a background in investment real estate sales we have clients waiting to work with you!

Existing Teams - we strongly encourage our associates to focus on their strengths and get help where it is needed. Many associates find that having their own assistant(s) and/or buyer's agents allows the greatest potential for income and flexibility. It can be extremely expensive to pay brokerage fees for each team member and we offer flexible compensation plans and fee structures for existing teams and those looking to build a team.

New Sales Associates - our training and mentoring program for new associates is tried, tested and true - all of the associates who've gone through this program have made at least one sale in their first month and above average income in their first year. In their second year our associates have all earned over $150,000.

Team Associates - we welcome new and experienced sales associates to join our team structure. As a team member you will have income security and the opportunity to work with our existing clients without the inherent risks of going it alone. Many of our associates in training choose to start as a team member and work their way up to "flying solo."
