Different brokerages make money from their agents in different ways.  Most don’t share or even care about your success as long as you pay them their monthly fees. Many of these companies have become so good at hooking agents that these agents can't leave even if they wanted to, because they are so in debt with these brokerages. We have a different approach.


Our philosophy is simple.  We invest in our people up front with time and money. We begin our training earlier than other companies and do more of it. Our Agents are People, Not Numbers

We are heavily invested in all our agents' success through the personalized training and services we provide. That also means that we are not a revolving door for agents, and we can't take everyone who wants to work with us. We are very selective - everyone must be a good fit for us and the team. Ethics are extremely important to us. This is not merely lip service, and if you’re merely interested in slam dunking deals then this is not the place for you. 


Risk of Failure

In this industry the risks of failure are extremely high. The majority of new agents leave the business within their first few years mainly because of lack of training and direction from the brokerage they selected. More than half of the REALTORS® in Canada made less than $75k in 2008, about 25% of Realtors in Alberta earned less than $50,000 in 2008, while about 15% made more than $150k.* All of our agents have made it to the top 15% by their second year in the industry. You have to plan for success to achieve it.

We are everywhere online and that means more clients for you, and more chances of success when you meet with sellers! The point is that if you can't even find the brokerage you're considering, how can potential clients?
